The Lami Legacy
In 1960, our journey began with Natvarlal Umedram Kachiwala, who had a vision and a passion for weaving lace and trims. What started as a small venture soon became a family legacy, passed down through generations.
With the support of his sons, Dhansukhlal and Kantilal, we expanded from handlooms to power looms, always striving for innovation and quality. Their hard work laid the foundation for what we are today.
As our family grew, so did our business. The third generation—Jignesh, Sandeep, Ravi, Jatin, and Brijesh—joined the team in the early 2000s. Together, we embraced new technologies, modernized our processes, and rebranded as Lami International.
Today, we’re proud to serve customers across 4+ continents and 20+ countries. Our commitment to quality, innovation, and ethical practices remains at the heart of everything we do.
